“Good morning! Mr. Linehan’s t-shirt bingo contest began today. I’ll post his shirt each day. Tickets will be sold through Friday for $2 each. There are lots of prizes available, and it’s going to be a lot of fun!”

Our Family and Community Engagement meeting will be on November 18th this month. It is rescheduled due to Veterans' Day. We hope you can join us.

Our Trunk or Treat is one week from today! It is October 29th at Magro's, 3150 Stevenson Drive, from 5:00 to 6:30. We would love help to make it extra sweet; candy donations are welcome, and we're looking for families to decorate their trunks! It's that time of year, Hazel Dell families! We will be joining in Trunk or Treat at Walmart on South 6th Street this Friday from 4-7 pm. Then on Wednesday, October 29th, we will have our Annual Trunk or Treat in conjunction with Laketown at Magro Meats from 5-6:30. I hope you can join us at both events.

This weekend, let’s come together to support families in need through the Harvest Food Drive hosted by Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 137!

Bring non-perishable food items or monetary donations to help ensure no child goes hungry this season.

Special guests include State Senator Doris Turner and Springfield Mayor Misty Buscher, who will join the effort on Saturday afternoon!

Our annual Fall Pie Fundraiser has begun!

We’re kicking off the new school year with our Meet the Teacher Ice Cream Social on Thursday, August 14th from 5:30–6:30 pm — and you won’t want to miss it!

We’ll start the evening with a brief, exciting school update in the gym at 5:30 pm, then it’s time to head to the classrooms to meet your amazing teacher and drop off any school supplies.

Once you’ve said hello and settled in, head back to the gym for the sweetest part of the night — a delicious scoop of ice cream to celebrate the start of a fantastic year! 🍨✨
